Eyewear Sizing & Fit Guide
A well-calibrated frame rests effortlessly on your nose bridge and centers your pupils within each lens. Here is how to decode your exact frame measurements in minutes.
The 3 Magic Numbers (e.g. 52 □ 18 — 145)
Look inside the left temple arm of any comfortable pair of glasses or sunglasses you already own. You will spot three numbers separated by a square or dash:
The width of one lens in millimeters. Determines how widely the frame spans across your eye sockets.
The gap between the lenses over the bridge of your nose. Prevents the frame from sliding or pinching.
The length of the temple arm from the hinge to the curved tip resting comfortably behind your ear.
Which Size Fits Your Face?
Most adults (~80%) achieve a tailored fit with Medium.

The Standard Card Mirror Test
A standard credit or debit card is exactly 85.6mm long — proportional to the human eye-to-temple ratio!
Stand in front of a mirror
Hold the short edge of your card vertically against the center bridge of your nose under one eye.
Observe the card edge
Look where the outer edge of the card terminates in relation to the outer corner of your eye.
Read your result
- Card extends past eye corner: You wear Small.
- Card aligns with eye corner: You wear Medium.
- Card ends before eye corner: You wear Wide.
